Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen events may arise and we want to offer you flexibility to manage your appointments in the best possible way. Therefore, we offer you the option to cancel or reschedule your session at no additional cost, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session start time. How to cancel or reschedule your appointment? You can cancel or change your appointment directly through our booking platform or by contacting us. If you decide to reschedule, you can select a new available date and time at no extra charge. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered the option of a refund or credit for a future session. Important Conditions: ✔️ Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 1 hour in advance. ✔️ No additional charges will be applied for these changes. ✔️ If no notification is made within the established timeframe and you do not attend the session, it will be considered complete and will not be refundable.
